Melba’s analytical way of thinking comes from her background as a research scientist in the Graduate Program in Biochemistry at the University of Georgia. This educational experience guides her precise approach throughout the negotiating process, and ensures every detail is taken care of along the way. Demonstrating her commitment to ongoing education in order to better serve her customers, Melba earned her Broker’s license as well as six professional designations that serve as marks of distinction in the field of real estate. Born in Puerto Rico and educated in the United States, Melba is fluent in English and Spanish and understands the elements that shape the future of Sarasota and its neighborhoods.
